“Bitty-Bits” comes from my grandfather who would always sign off his letters to us by saying, “love you to bitty-bits!” This section is my homage to him and to childhood, making this the portion of my menu for baby’s first birthday cake.

This section of my menu is naturally/alternatively sweetened* options for baby’s first cake. They are “naked” and can be adorned with fresh fruit or edible flowers (as are seasonally available).
*can also be dairy-free upon request

All cakes are 4" round and "naked," iced minimally with a cream cheese date frosting**.
If your child is ALLERGIC TO NUTS/COCONUT, please let me know! I would be happy to talk further about their dietary restrictions and together see if we can come up with an alternative option
